Delete your ELWEAR account

You can delete your ELWEAR account and the personal data linked to it. This page explains how to submit a deletion request.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open the ELWEAR app
2. Go to Settings
3. Open Manage account
4. Tap Delete account and confirm

After deletion, your account data, wardrobe items, and created looks are removed according to our retention rules. For a limited period you may be able to restore the account by signing in again (see the in-app confirmation text for the current restore window).

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account:

Please include:

• Subject: ELWEAR account deletion request
• The email address of the account you want to delete
• A short confirmation that you want the account and related data deleted

We will process the request and confirm by email. We may ask for a short verification to make sure the request comes from the account owner.

Delete some data without deleting the account

You can remove personal content and keep your ELWEAR account:

1. Open the ELWEAR app and sign in
2. Delete wardrobe items you no longer want to keep
3. Delete looks you created
4. In Settings → Manage account, remove profile photos / account photos if available

If you need help with a partial deletion request, email support@elwear.ru from your account email and describe which data should be removed.

What is deleted

• Account profile and login data (when the full account is deleted)
• Uploaded photos and wardrobe items
• Looks and related app content tied to your account

Some records may be kept longer when required by law (for example, payment or tax records), or retained in anonymized form. Typical processing time for email requests is up to 30 days.
